Subscription Terms

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to Story Parrot services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. The subscription period begins on the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period until cancelled.

3. Billing

You will be billed in advance for your subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes & App Store/Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or after the end of any free trial period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Account settings. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Managing your subscription can only be done by you through your Account settings. For guidance on managing subscriptions, please refer to the Apple support page and user guide.

5. Refunds

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store and believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple by following the instructions on the Apple support page.
